Menopause symptoms and fibrocystic disease are related conditions by the means that fibrocystic disease is more a concern for women over 30 years old and sometimes, the symptoms that women experience with menopause can hide the symptoms of the latter condition. Women who smoke may want to consider quitting because they have an increased risk of suffering heart attacks or strokes. Natural menopause treatment may also include vitamin E and foods that contain phytoestrogens such as whole grains, fruits and vegetables.

All in all, the menopause symptoms and fibrocystic disease are the reasons why women should get regular checkups by the means of mammograms and breast examination especially during and after menopause.
