GRO is a national volunteer nonprofit organization founded in 1984. Grandparents Rights Organization educates and supports grandparents and grandchildren who advocate their desire to continue the grandparent-grandchild relationship.

The Foundation for Grandparenting is dedicated to raising grandparent consciousness to better the lives of grandchildren, parents and grandparents through education, research, programs, communication, and networking.
