Abuse Shelters

Below we have listed information to help you find a shelter that can provide a roof over your head and food.  Help is available.  All you have to do is ask.

Shelters for Pregnant Women and Their Babies

Lifecall and Violetnet.org are two sources information about shelters and emergency help.  In Canada tow other resources are Acws.ca and Womennet.ca.  Yyou may also find local public and private women's shelters in your phone book or by calling information, but they are frequently hard to find.

Do not hesitate to ask for immediate help if you need it! Do not assume you are alone in your pursuit of safety, and affordable or free aid. There is help out there.

Other Resources for Abuse Shelters

KnightsofKindness.com has created a huge list of abuse shelters and other sources of information to help protect abuse victims.
